We all come from the various Special Forces fraternity of the United States Army Special Forces, the Special Operations Command of the Singapore Police Force, and the Hong Kong Police. We bring the latest in operational tactics and planning to craft solutions to meet all your security needs.
Jarrod retired from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) after serving 25 years as a senior officer where he acquired operational experience in Counter Terrorism, Crisis Negotiations, Investigation, Training, Planning & Organisation. He also held command positions in general policing operations and the Police Tactical Unit. He was the Commanding Officer for the Special Operations Training Centre at his retirement.
He is a seasoned Scotland Yard trained crisis negotiator and in 2002 was a founding member of the Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU) in the SPF. He was deployed for countless operations till his retirement in 2022. He developed the CNU doctrine and activation protocols that are currently in force today. He conducted negotiation training for various organisations including the Singapore Armed Forces, Central Narcotics Bureau and the many batches of police negotiators that were recruited throughout the years. He also developed and delivered a special training program for all air traffic controllers of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
Jarrod is also an ASIS Certified Protection Professional and in his spare time he established a security enhancement program for all the parishes in the Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore.
A retired US Army Special Forces Colonel, Greg is an international relations and business professional with over 15 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, management and impact assessment of leading-edge defense and security programs. Greg has formulated and implemented strategic and operational security assistance plans and programs throughout the Asia-Pacific and enabled numerous Special Operations and maritime focused security programs.
With vast experience and knowledge of the Asia-Pacific security landscape, Greg brings an array of skills, expertise, and highly regarded professional contacts with proven success. He’s known in the community to deliver the right solutions to meet the most vital security demands.
Greg routinely interfaces with foreign government decision makers and business executives regarding critical defense and security posture requirements. His in-depth consultation, guidance, and recommendations enable our clients to effectively protect their critical infrastructures, digital networks, and personnel.
Beyond being a serial entrepreneur and key opinion leader in digital marketing, Jason has a strong passion for security and law enforcement. He currently holds the rank of Superintendent of Police as a National Service Key Appointment Holder in the Protective Security Command (ProCom). His 20 years of experience in law enforcement started in the Homefront Security Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs where he handled Emergency Preparedness Planning and Counter Terrorism Training programmes. He currently holds the appointment of Commanding Officer, 1st Division in ProCom.
Jason is also an avid outdoor enthusiast and competitive handgun shooter who trains regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also the founder and owner of multiple media platforms and provides consultancy on communications, marketing and digital strategy. His international speaking engagements cover these topics and includes mentorship on entrepreneurship.
Dr. Stephen K Hon possesses over two decades of multifaceted experience in law enforcement, psychology, and corporate leadership, significantly impacting the sectors of human behavior and organizational development across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Stephen has held influential positions, notably as a Detective Senior Police Inspector with the Hong Kong Police Force, where his leadership in criminal investigations, surveillance and counter surveillance as well as psychological profiling was pivotal. His role in police counseling and his dedication to psychological support during high-stakes operations laid the groundwork for his career transition into psychology and human resources.
His expertise in psychotherapy and executive coaching was cultivated through senior roles at multinational corporations, where he specialized in executive search and talent acquisition. Stephen’s strategic approach to leadership development has been instrumental in guiding individuals and organizations to achieve their aspirations.
Through his professional journey in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore, Stephen has established a robust network within the corporate and psychological support communities.
